MDOT seeks consultant for its rail fiber network PPP

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in the USA has launched a request for qualification (RFQ) seeking Owner’s Representation services for the Fiber Optic Resiliency Project. The consultant will assist the authority to comply with Chapter 30: Section 39M ½ of the General Laws of Massachusetts.

The selected consultant will provide services in :

  • Project management and evaluation;
  • Coordination, facilitation, oversight, and monitoring;
  • Peer review of engineering elements;
  • Cost recovery and value engineering;
  • Statutory reporting.

The contract value is US$75 million and the duration is 2 years. The deadline to submit the qualifications is June 15, 2021.
