UMass Building Authority in Massachusetts, USA is accepting proposals for the redevelopment at five land parcels in East campus of Umass Lowell.
The redevelopment works will be carried out on 10 acres parcels which will provide research and office spaces as well as spaces for retail, arts, entertainment and restaurants, athletic facilities, residential developments, parking, and other uses. Two out of the featured five parcels are located near Tsongas Center and fall under the designated Opportunity Zone, where investors can utilize tax benefits.
The submitted proposals will be studied thoroughly by University and city officials.
