Malaysia-based rail and infrastructure builder Gamuda has entered into an agreement with Martinus Rail for the acquisition of a 50% stake in the company.

Under the partnership, Gamuda commits to provide support and training to address the shortage of skills in Australia, where there are very few top-tier rail contractors.

Martinus Rail is a privately owned Australian company specializing in the delivery of Railway Infrastructure projects with an industry-leading system for project delivery of rail systems construction across Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
