Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center and the Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital (MMGWH) in the Philippines have conducted a market-sounding webinar with interested private companies to gather their insights on the Mariveles Wellness Center PPP Project. The webinar was held on January 28, 2022, in collaboration with Sycip, Gorres, Velayo (SGV) & Co., a technical consultant of the concession.

SGV also shared an overview of the project based on the ongoing feasibility study focusing on the project location (Lazareto de Mariveles ruins and other buildings within MMWGH in Mariveles, Bataan), and indicative traffic management plan, economic overview, market profile, demand analysis, service offerings, development plans, financial highlights, project structure and key investment highlights.

The Mariveles Wellness Center Project involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of Wellness Center as well as provision of other facilities and amenities such as parking area, museum, information center/advocacy video theater, and commercial spaces for lease.
