The London Borough of Brent is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the planned procurement of a Single Delivery Partner (SDP) to support the delivery of the final phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme.
The Council intends to appoint an SDP to deliver a regeneration program across multiple sites over the next 10–15 years. The estimated capacity is approximately 1,600 new mixed-tenure homes. This PME aims to seek feedback on:
