Marina concession approved in Canary islands

Puertos Canarios has approved the concession for the development of the marina in Arguineguín, Canary Islands (Spain).

The project involves a 30-year concession period, an annual fee of €110,500 (US$129,154) and a planned investment of €17,15 (US$20,06 million). Puerto Deportivo de Arguineguín S.L. is the SPV of the project.

Construction works will begin in a maximum period of six months, and will provide the port facility with a total of 334 sports and 90 fishing berths, and will allow the improvement of the restoration and trade areas, as well as the one devoted to fishing.
