Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd (MIT) has completed the acquisition of 29 data centers located in the United States of America. The acquisition was completed via Purchase and Sale Agreement after the applicable tenant had waived its Purchase Right against the Purchase Right-Encumbered Property.
These data centers are located across 18 states of USA. The properties will scale up Mapletree's data center presence significantly and diversify its footprint across key markets in the United States. The transaction is valued at a Purchase Consideration of US$1,320 million.
