The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center have invited government agencies, stakeholders, private partners, urban transport experts, and the general public to provide input on the proposed ferry routes, services, and infrastructure on the proposed Manila Bay-Pasig River-Laguna Lake Ferry (MAPALLA) Project.
The MAPALLA Ferry System project involves the financing, design, construction, procurement of low-carbon ferries, and operations and maintenance of a high-capacity, high-frequency, and low-carbon ferry system that will strategically link Manila Bay and Laguna Lake through the Pasig River.
The DOTr) and PPP Center are set to host a General Forum on the proposed MAPALLA Ferry Project online via Microsoft Teams on October 4, 2024.
