Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM), has announced that it has been selected as the management partner for the upcoming on-campus employee housing project at Appalachian State University (App State).
In a collaborative effort, Radnor Property Group and Harrison Street will spearhead the development and funding of App State's first on-campus employee housing initiative. Consisting of five multi-story buildings housing 156 purpose-built units, the project is set for completion in the Fall of 2025. Nestled in App State's Innovation District, this endeavor reflects the University's dedication to expansion and tackles the urgent housing challenges faced by its staff amidst regional housing shortages and rising costs. It stands as a pivotal element in the initial phase of the Innovation District, with a vision to achieve carbon neutrality and net-zero status.
