Madrid seeks construction concessionaires

The Works and Equipment Government Area has issued a tender seeking construction concessionaires in Madrid, Spain.

The selected construction concessionaires will be responsible for projecting, designing preparation and constructing the municipal sports center Valdebebas for 300 months. The value of the contract is EUR77.4 million (US$76.7 million).
