Macquarie Data Centres announces 10MW customer contract

Macquarie Telecom Group Limited announced that its Macquarie Data Centres business has entered into a contract for the provision of approximately 10MW of capacity (IT Load) at its Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus. 

As a result of the customer win, Macquarie’s total Capex is expected to increase by AUD 40 to 50 million (US$ 29.11 to 36.39 million) this financial year, totalling AUD 180 to 200 million (US$ 131 to 145.59 million). This is anticipated to create hundreds of new jobs over the year ahead.
