The City of Los Angeles is seeking to engage a consultant to conduct financial analyses of proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals jointly issued by the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles for the development of the West Los Angeles Civic Center and Courthouse on May 15, 2020.
Proposals will only be accepted from firms on the City of Los Angeles’ List of Pre-Qualified Real Estate And Economic Development Consultants as approved by Council on June 21, 2019.
Bids from firms not in Service Areas 2 or 3 on the attached pre-qualified list will NOT be accepted.
The deadline for the submission of bids is on September 2, 2020.
