The London Borough of Bromley has launched a tender for the delivery of affordable housing units under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme.
The selected partner will deliver 400 properties for housing development. A further 200 properties will be offered depending on the delivery model of the private partner. The Council is ideally looking for a contract period of 40 years; however, the Council will consider other proposed options.
