The Government of Canada has released the Letter of Interest (LOI) for the upcoming tender process for the 875 Heron Road Rehabilitation project in Ottawa.
The project will be delivered under a Public-Private Partnership, and the selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance of the facility. Located at Confederation Heights, 875 Heron Road is a 66,000 m2 office accommodation building constructed in 1970. The building is occupied by the Canada Revenue Agency, which will continue to be there after rehabilitation. The complex no longer meets the policy for office accommodation and sustainable design, and needs to be replaced.
The deadline to submit the interests is September 15, 2021. More information about this LOI can be found on our business opportunity page here.
