The Municipality of Salzbergen launched the pre-tender notice for its kindergarten school project. The daycare facility will cover a total usable area of around 800 m2. The project will be built on the new municipality area east of Nordmeyerstraß for a total investment of EUR2.6 million (US$2.94 million).
The new daycare center is to be set up as part of a public-private partnership model in the area. The contractor shall provide all necessary planning and construction services for the day-to-day construction of the day care center, including all outdoor facilities, as well as maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical facilities, on the basis of a functional building services description. Financing services include interim financing at the risk of the contractor and final financing beyond 20 years from the acceptance of the construction work.
