Lendlease and Atlas Holdings announced they have entered into a binding agreement for the sale of Lendlease’s UK Construction business.

Atlas has agreed to acquire Lendlease’s construction business, along with its operations, employees, and leadership team, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and partners. Established in 2002, Atlas and its affiliates manage 26 platform companies employing over 50,000 individuals across 350 facilities globally. Collectively, these businesses generate approximately US$16 billion in annual revenue. Atlas brings extensive expertise in construction and manufacturing, with its companies active in industries such as metals, wire and cable, automotive supply, building materials, construction, power generation, food production, industrial machinery, packaging, printing, and pulp and paper production.

Lendlease’s UK Construction business, originally established in 1885 as Bovis Construction, became part of Lendlease in 1999. The company has played a key role in delivering several iconic projects across the UK and Europe, including the Regent Street reconstruction in 1923, Lloyd’s of London’s headquarters in 1980, the initial phase of Canary Wharf in 1991, and the 8 Bishopsgate development in London’s financial district.
