Brazilian Federal Government has appointed International Finance Corporation as the lead advisor to structure and promote a new Roads Concession Program in the State of Paraná for up to 6 transactions. IFC is looking to appoint a legal consultant for the transaction.
The main objectives of the legal consultancy are: legal advice related to the structuring of the transactions, which includes all legal/contractual aspects of the transactions; analysis of the road systems right-of-way and it's land title situation from the legal standpoint; legal advice related to the design of an appropriate risk matrix to the project; elaboration of the drafts of the Concession/PPP bidding documents and support on the commercial closing of the PPP Project.
The deadline to submit the response is September 02, 2019.
