Legal consultancy tender issued for Power 2027-2029 and Water 2027 procurement round in Oman

Nama Power and Water Procurement (PWP) Company has issued a legal consultancy services tender for the Power 2027-2029 and Water 2027 procurement round in Oman.

PWP is the exclusive purchaser of power and water for all independent Power Plant and Independent Water and Power Plants (IPP/IWPPs) within Oman. The consultancy is expected to provide advice on optimal competitive tendering processes for the project and assist in preparing all required documents. The Power 2027-2029 initiative, outlined in PWP's '7 Year Statement 2023 – 2029,' pertains to a procurement round for new Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) set to commence operations in 2027.
