The City of Nuremberg has published a contract notice for legal advisory services for a planned public-private partnership involving the delivery of a new school building.
The City intends to contract a private partner to design, construct, finance and manage a new building in the Werderau district that will house two existing schools and an associated after-school care centre. The private partner will also deliver a new sports hall and outdoor sports areas, and be responsible for demolishing the existing school building on site.
The commissioning of the new school building is planned for the end of the year 2022. The sports hall will go into operation at the end of the year 2024 after completion of the second construction phase.
The submission deadline for the legal advisory tender is 21 September 2018. For more information, see the Business Opportunity.
