The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) has signed a lease agreement with Seneca Resource Recovery for the operation of a waste transfer station and recycling plant located near Neasden in Wembley, London. The authority has signed 7 years lease period with Seneca. The plant is expected to be operational by January 2021.
