With the support of its shareholders, SYSTRA is well-positioned to pursue expansion, advance sustainable mobility solutions, and continue its contributions to global public transportation projects. In April 2024, SNCF Group and RATP Group announced that they were entering into exclusive negotiations to allow Latour Capital and Fimalac to become shareholders of SYSTRA.
