Latour Capital and Fimalac have completed their investment in SYSTRA, joining as shareholders with RATP Group and SNCF Group.

This investment aims to strengthen SYSTRA's growth as a leading international engineering firm specializing in public transport and mobility infrastructure. With the support of its shareholders, SYSTRA is well-positioned to pursue expansion, advance sustainable mobility solutions, and continue its contributions to global public transportation projects.
