The Lake Oswego City Council, acting as the Lake Oswego Public Contract Review Board, will hold a public hearing at 3:00 p.m., December 18, 2018, in the Council Chambers, Lake Oswego City Hall, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, to consider approving a special procurement for a design, build, finance, operate, and Maintain (DBFOM) contract, which would include the construction of a wastewater treatment plant for the City of Lake Oswego.
The procurement of a DBFOM contract would be in lieu of competitive bidding requirements for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant pursuant to the existing legal boundaries.
Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing and present comments on the draft findings for the exemption from competitive bidding requirements, or may submit written comments by mail, personal delivery or email cityrecorder@ci.oswego.or.us. Written comments must be received by the city recorder before the day of the hearing.
