La Trobe University is advancing in the development of the University City of the Future PPP project (City of the Future) by seeking expressions of interest to help further realize the project in mixe. The Master Development Partner needs to have extensive experience in leading large-scale, complex projects to bring property knowledge, expertise and investment.
The project will transform a 235-hectare Bundoora campus of the University into a vibrant city with research and sports facilities, as well as residential, economical and recreational areas. In more detail, the plan for the City of the future includes a dynamic Research and Innovation Precinct, world-class sporting and sports research facilities, a major Health and Wellbeing Hub, and vibrant new commercial, retail and residential developments.
