Global investment firm, KKR & Co has acquired a controlling stake in Kerala's Baby Memorial Hospital (BMH).
KKR’s investment will bolster Baby Memorial Hospital's (BMH) initiatives to meet the increasing demand for high-quality, accessible healthcare services in India. This support will aid BMH in developing a premier nationwide network of hospitals through both organic expansion and acquisitions. Established in 1987, BMH is a multi-specialty hospital chain in Kerala, operating 1,000 beds across its facilities in Calicut and Kannur. The hospital offers specialized treatments across 40 medical and surgical departments, including cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, and orthopedics.
