Global Investment firm KKR has acquired a majority stake in Pallet Pooling Platform LEAP India.
Through this agreement, the investment funds under KKR's management are set to secure a controlling interest in the Company. This transaction stands to bolster KKR's pursuit of its Asia-focused infrastructure strategy. This strategic move by LEAP India aligns with the provision of vital assets essential for enabling the production, warehousing, and logistical flow of commodities within supply chains. The company is primarily engaged in furnishing pallet-related services and an array of supply chain solutions encompassing equipment sharing, reusable packaging, inventory oversight, conveyance, transportation, as well as maintenance and repair services. The transaction for the deal will be completed by Q3 2023.
