The consortium of Keolis and RATP Dev, also called as "Hello Paris", has achieved financial close on the rolling stock and operation part of the Charles de Gaulle Express project, a new rail service which will provide a direct link between Paris Gare de l’Est (Paris-East station) and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.
The consortium will manage the project under a contract of six-year operational preparation period (2019-2025) and a 15-year operating period (2025-2040).
