Kansas University Central District PPP Project Construction in-progress

The University of Kansas has announced the construction progress of the university's campus in Lawrence, Kansas, USA.

The US$350 Million project will transform 55 acres of the university's campus into a new hub of research and education. The Central District project at the University of Kansas will construct a new Integrated Science Building, student union, student housing, dining hall, parking, and parking infrastructure. It is being developed by Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate. The project will also help to position the university as a leader in research and education. It will improve the quality of life for students, faculty, staff, and residents of Lawrence by providing new amenities and services. 

The project is expected to be completed in 2024.
