JP Morgan to advice China's concessionaire for Belgrade Underground parking project

The concessionaire of Belgrade Underground parking project, China Shandong International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co. LTD (CSI) will be advised by the JP Morgan.

The project involves the concession right for developing of underground garages and for the performance of delegated activity-management of public parking, the subject of which is designing, financing, constructing, operating, maintaining and transferring four underground parking spaces in the city of Belgrade. The scope of work includes four underground garages having 3000 new parking places with a total gross surface area of over 55,000 square meters and several underground levels in each garage.
