The Kingdom of Jordan has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking companies or consortia to develop 15 schools across the country.
The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operation, maintenance and transfer of 15 new kindergartens, elementary and secondary school buildings. Interested developers shall have proven experience in developing and managing schools and similar real estate projects. The authority has appointed International Finance Corporation (IFC) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as Joint Advisors to assist in structuring and tendering this project.
