Halton Borough Council is seeking to procure a development partner to work together on delivering the Astmoor Regeneration PPP project in Cheshire, UK.
The project will be located on a site with development potential for industrial use in the Astmoor Industrial Estate. The site is in the Authority's freehold ownership and is approximately 17.5 ha in total. The contract is available also for small and mid-size businesses (SMEs). The contract's estimated value is GBP22 million (US$30.6 million) with a period of 10 years.
