The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines has inked a joint venture agreement with the Municipality of Baggao for the Baggao Water Supply Project in Baggao, Cagayan Province, Philippines.
M.E. Sicat Construction, Inc. has been granted the project, encompassing the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a Level III water supply service for 24 barangays in the town. The PPP Center extended support for the PhP 210 million (USD3.8 million) initiative by providing in-house technical assistance for the project's business case study update and offering guidance during the project approval stage.
