The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) has launched a request for proposal (RFP) for the development of new mixed-finance family housing projects for buildings Two and Four for former Montgomery Gardens High Rise Development.
The project involves the development and rehabilitation of two adjacent ten story brick buildings, known as 563 and 567 Montgomery Street in Jersey City, New Jersey 07302 Apartments (Block 13602, Lot 1.03), USA.
The selected developer will be working with JCHA during and beyond the redevelopment phase of the project.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled on February 20, 2019 at JCHA's office.
The deadline for the submission of the documents for the tender is on March 20, 2019.
