ITS Technology Group has announced its acquisition of a fiber optic company NextGenAccess Ltd in the UK.
The result of the transaction is the addition of 455 km of dark fiber in Greater London, Newport and South Essex and ITS' expansion of its presence in the data center connectivity market, adding 28,000 business premises market.
Dow Schofield Watts acted as the corporate finance advisor to ITS and Hill Dickinson as the legal advisor. Lincoln International LLP was the financial advisor to NextGenAccess and Bird & Bird LLP was the legal advisor.
