Florida Polytechnic University in the USA has issued an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to six pre-qualified bidders to participate further in procurement process for its on-campus student housing concession.

The project involves design, build, and maintenance of 700 room on-campus student housing facility located at Lakeland campus of University as well as purchase of existing student housing facility. The new on-campus student housing will feature rooms with new full-suite and apartment-style residential beds with associated residential support space. The facility will be delivered in two phases with approximately 400 beds to be delivered in the Fall 2024 term and remainder of 300 rooms to be delivered in Fall 2026.

The pre-qualified companies can submit the response to this ITN until May 20, 2022.
