The University of Turin, located in northern Italy has launched a tender for the development, design, financing, and construction of a new University Scientific Campus through a public-private partnerships (PPP) scheme.
The campus is to be located in the municipality of Grugliasco. The private partner will also maintain the facility for the 20-year concession period. The concession is valued at EUR188 million (US$214 million).
The submission deadline for the tender is 29 March 2019.
