The Government of Israel, through the Ministry of Energy and Ministry of Finance, has launched a tender for the design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance, and transfer of a 300 MW solar photovoltaic plant with integrated battery storage in the Negev Desert under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The construction of the solar project in the City of Dimona is set to start in late 2021 with the completion by 2023.
Interested parties need to apply during the pre-qualification stage.
The deadline for the submission of interests is on May 26, 2020.
