IRSCF receives unsolicited proposal for student housing PPP project

Indian River State College Foundation, Inc. (IRSCF) has received an unsolicited developer proposal to design, build, finance, maintain and operate (DBFMO) student housing on the Pruitt Campus of Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, USA.

Following a proposal, the IRSCF must publish a notice of acceptance and a willingness to consider proposals from other potential developers. Interested developers must submit their proposals and pay the IRSCF an application fee of US$10,000. A general overview document is available at no charge; for questions or to request the overview document, please email Steffany Lemieux at slemieux@irsc.edu

IRSCF is a non-profit organization an educational institution that offers degrees at the undergraduate level curriculum, and programs leading to bachelor's degrees, associate degrees, technical certificates, and applied technology diplomas. IRSCF serves communities in the State of Florida.
