Indian River State College Foundation, Inc. (IRSCF) has received an unsolicited developer proposal to design, build, finance, maintain and operate (DBFMO) student housing on the Pruitt Campus of Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, USA.
Following a proposal, the IRSCF must publish a notice of acceptance and a willingness to consider proposals from other potential developers. Interested developers must submit their proposals and pay the IRSCF an application fee of US$10,000.
