Fingal County Council has published a contract notice for the development of sustainable mixed tenure residential facilities at a site in Ballymastone, Donabate, County Dublin, located in eastern Ireland.
The development site is expected to deliver between 1,000 and 1,200 residential units (subject to planning permission). The required tenure mix is anticipated to be 60% private residential housing units, 20% discounted private housing units and 20% social housing units to be sold to the Council.
The Council is seeking to identify an economic operator to work with it, to identify the optimal solution for the development of the site and to deliver it as efficiently as possible. The length of the contract to be awarded is 10 years.
The estimated total investment of the project is EUR220 million (US$253.9 million).
Interested parties are invited to apply to participate in competitive dialogue with the Council. The application deadline is 22 November 2018. The Council envisages inviting three applicants to participate in the dialogue stage, with those selected to be notified before 15 February 2019.
