Ireland plans to appoint advisors for next social housing PPP bundle

National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) in Ireland has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) seeking attention from private consultants for the next phase of the Government’s social housing public-private partnership (PPP) program. The authority would like to appoint technical advisors through a combination of single and multi-party frameworks in the following disciplines :

  • Architectural;
  • Civil and Structural Engineering;
  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering;
  • Planning;
  • Project Management;
  • Quantity Surveying/Cost Management.

Authority has scheduled to publish a contract notice for consultants on January 28, 2022.
