Infrastructure Ontario and Hôpital Montfort have selected EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare as the preferred proponent to build and finance the Orléans Health Hub Project.
The company was selected after extensive evaluations following an open, fair and competitive request for proposals (RFP) process that began in October 2018.
IO and Hôpital Montfort will now work to finalize contract details with EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare. The project is expected to reach financial close in summer 2019, which means that relevant contracts have been signed and a financing rate has been set. The contract cost will be announced publicly following financial close.
The Orléans Health Hub project involves the construction of a new facility at the corner of Mer-Bleue Road and Brian Coburn Boulevard. The 96,000 square foot facility will bring together several partners organizations to provide community-based health care across Ontario.
