The City Government of Carmona invites local and international entities to submit competitive proposals for the design, engineering, construction, financing, testing and commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the South-Luzon Integrated Terminal Exchange (SLITX) Project following the approval of the unsolicited proposal from Megawide Onemobility Corporation.

The project aims to develop an intermodal transport hub along the SLEX. This hub will serve as a crucial transfer point for city and provincial buses traveling to and from Metro Manila and nearby regions, ensuring seamless connections to various modes of transportation. The scope of the Project includes the financing, development, operations, and maintenance of SLITX and commercial assets within the 5.3 hectares located along SLEX in Barangay Maduya, City of Carmona, Cavite. It will include the construction of terminal facilities, passenger waiting and circulation areas, transport bays, internal road networks, parking areas, commercial assets, and other site development activities. The terminal system and operational assets shall also be supplied by the Proponent, such as command center equipment, closed-circuit televisions, public information equipment, HVAC systems, generator sets, and other terminal and commercial equipment necessary to operate and maintain the Project.

The Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) will be effective on the signing date and the period shall be until the 30th anniversary of the Construction Start Date (JV Period), unless otherwise extended upon mutual agreement of the Parties as defined in the JVA. For more information, click here.
