Investcorp has completed its acquisition of a 50% stake in Corsair’s infrastructure business.
The acquisition was finalized with the creation of Investcorp Corsair Infrastructure Partners (Investcorp Corsair). This newly established entity is a joint venture between Investcorp and Corsair, encompassing the existing funds, investments, and team of the Infrastructure Business. Investcorp Corsair is dedicated to maintaining a unique and scalable investment strategy, focusing on transportation, logistics, and related infrastructure subsectors. The investment is channeled through three primary platform companies, operating within the airports, roads, and ports sectors.
