Invesis announced that it has successfully acquired DIF Capital Partner’s 45% stake in the University Hospitals Schleswig Holstein (UKSH) project located in Kiel and Luebeck in Germany from the DIF Infrastructure III fund. With the completion of this acquisition, Invesis now holds a total of 95% stake in the project.
The project involves the construction, renovation and maintenance of one of Europe’s largest centers for medical care in Germany. It consists of more than 89 clinics and institutes, and around 2,700 beds and will serve as the only maximum care provider in Schleswig-Holstein.
The project covers the entire spectrum of modern medical and health care. The operational phase will include hard facilities management and technical management services and will run until 2044.
