International Campus acquired student housing-portfolio from Allianz RE and CBRE IM

International Campus has completed the acquisition of a portfolio comprising five student apartment blocks from Allianz Real Estate and CBRE Investment Management in Germany.

The transaction includes the sale of 18 properties operated by International Campus under its brand THE FIZZ and are located in Berlin (Kopenicker Strasse), Darmstadt (Schofferstrasse), Frankfurt am Main (Mainzer Landstrasse), Hanover (Am Klapperberg) and Vienna (Dresdner Strasse). More than 560,000 students study at universities in these cities.

The accommodations available at the five sites add almost 1,900 beds, with a total of 7,400 beds in operation and development.
