Interested firms revealed at LA Civic Centre P3 conference

The City of Los Angeles has disclosed a list of firms that have attended its pre-SOQ conference on April 12 for the design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance (DBFOM) of the LA Street Civic Building project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. 

The project involves the development of office spaces for over 3,000 municipal employees as well as childcare and conference centers. 

The teams that are interested in executing the project are: Fengate with Tutor Perini and BIG Architecture for one team; Meridiam, Clark Construction, Edgemoor Infrastructure and Real Estate, SOM and ENGIE for the second team; and Plenary, Johnson Controls and Webcor for the third team. 

The deadline for the final submission of documents to participate in the tender is on May 28, 2019.
