Infratil confirms satisfaction of conditions to sale of ANU Student Accommodation concession

Infratil has announced that it has received all counterparty consents for the sale of its 50% interest in the Australian National University’s Purpose Built Student Accommodation concession to funds controlled by AMP Capital.

Completion of the transaction is expected to occur on May 20, 2019, and Infratil expects to receive cash proceeds of approximately AUD162 million (US$ 112.52 million).
