Infranode has announced the agreement to acquire Sola Bredband in Norway.
The portfolio involves 100% acquisition of the Norwegian fibre business from the municipality of Sola. The transaction was valued at NOK515 million (US$52 million).
It is assured that with the transaction, the residents of Sola will enjoy a double benefit: a high-speed fiber network and better public services.
Sola Bredband develops, owns, and operates a network of fiber for broadband services. The company supplies infrastructure to the business market via telecom operators. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Sola, Norway.
Infranode is a Swedish company that invests long-term in essential infrastructure in the Nordic region within energy, transport, telecommunications and social infrastructure.
