Infranode has announced the agreement to acquire Sola Bredband in Norway.
The portfolio involves 100% acquisition of the Norwegian fibre business from the municipality of Sola. The transaction was valued at NOK515 million (US$52 million).
It is assured that with the transaction, the residents of Sola will enjoy a double benefit: a high-speed fiber network and better public services.
Sola Bredband develops, owns, and operates a network of fiber for broadband services. The company supplies infrastructure to the business market via telecom operators. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Sola, Norway.
