Inframobility UK Bidco Limited acquires 49% stake in Stagecoach Group

The Inframobility UK Bidco Limited has completed the acquisition of 49% stakes in Stagecoach Group.

Under the transaction agreement, Inframobility UK Bidco Limited has received 270,222,325 Stagecoach Shares, representing approximately 49 percent of the issued share capital of Stagecoach (excluding treasury shares). The transaction has been launched on March 9, 2022. 

Inframobility is indirectly wholly owned by the Pan-European Infrastructure III fund managed by DWS Infrastructure.
