Infracapital has signed a EUR895 million (US$874 million) million financing agreement for its German fiber infrastructure asset, Infrafibre Germany (IFG) in Germany.
The deal consists of seven-year infrastructure-style debt of EUR500 million (US$488 million) upfront, including EUR40 million (US$39 million) in RCF, and an accordion tranche of EUR395 million (US$386 million). Infrafibre Germany's activities are targeting underserved areas in southern Germany to deploy fiber to the cabinet (FTTC) and fiber to the premise (FTTP).
Debentures are signed by NatWest, ABN AMRO and NORD/LB, with SEB acting as the cornerstone lender.
