The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has launched a tender process for individual PPP consultant services.
The United States of America acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia have entered into a US$600,000,000 Compact for Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Indonesia through three projects:
In this context, MCA-Indonesia (MCA-I) seeks an experienced National Advisor to assist the International Strategic Senior Adviser of MCA-I on facilitation of communication and management of activities in Indonesia aimed at optimizing current advisory services rendered to Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Brang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) and relevant Government Contracting Agencies (GCAs) on development of PPP procurement policies and procedures.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide assistance to the MCA-I PPP team to deliver the technical advisory services to LKPP and GCAs. The consultant activity has a strong focus on reinforcing the existing communication channels with LKPP and all relevant stakeholders to help the implementation of the PPP Program as per the MCC Compact directives.
The contract base period will be from the effective of the contract until 15 September 2016. The Consultant will be expected to be generally based in Jakarta, however, travels within the country in areas that need to be selected conducting piloting of PPP MBD development and to conduct stakeholder consultations may be expected.
